His Many Benefits

Taste and see that the Lord is good.…Psalm 34:8

How great, O Father, is Your goodness! I cannot

comprehend its immensity. Nor do I always recognize it

for what it is. Yet may I always acknowledge Your favor

and kindness upon me. May I always praise You for every

benefit You have given me, regardless of how small.

Because of Your goodness, You continue to give me

life and breath. You continue to bless me with spiritual

riches and eternal hope. You continue to provide for my

every need and preserve me in my every circumstance.

Where, O Lord, would I be without Your favor? Your

Word says that every good thing I have in life is from You

( James 1:17). May my heart treasure every good gift You

have given to me, and may everything I do today magnify

Your goodness.
