"I needed to read this book! Every point Poppy writes about is right on; from physical ailments and changes to relationship changes. I just love her wit and humor while at the same time she had the inept ability to write about the reality of our lives in this strange and uncharted waters of aging. I highly recommend this book to anyone approaching middle age. They will not be disappointed!”

My mom gave me this book for my 40th birthday, 20 years ago. I took notes from it and have referenced back to them over the years. I think this is an awesome book and I plan on giving it to each of my daughters when they turn 40.
