The author is a reading friend and asked me to review this book.

For this review, make sure you have a copy of the ESV, English Standard Version, translation on hand.  It is needed for all of the scripture references in this book.

We cannot serve two masters, Matthew 6:24.  This book serves as a guide, to use your financial resources wisely.

There are sections on saving, not spending recklessly, giving generously, and preparing for retirement.

This book draws heavily upon “The Parable of The Talents, The Ten Minas, and the Prodigal Son”.  So if you have a copy of the Harmony of the Gospels, keep that on hand as well.

I took many notes while reading this this text.  It is one well worth annotating, and coming back to to annotations over the years to see how life events have changed.

This book is well worth the read, and it will give you a new outlook on many of the parables.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Your Finances God’s Way is an insightful and helpful book about managing money according to biblical principles.

The stress and burden of financial constraints is felt by all of us. The struggles of making needs meet and sometimes spending money on luxurious objects can make a person think twice before fulfilling that. Scott LaPierre has shared some of the most valuable and glorious principles that will help you in properly manage finances and at the same time making the best use of money. Although there are many ways to improve your management skills, I’m sure you must have never heard of abiding by biblical principles and practices to successfully retune your vision to see God’s guidance and wisdom that He has bestowed upon is in the Scripture.

Learn the ways how you can gain while paying for the debt, without breaking your spine over it. The choices that we make matters significantly, the biblical approach will help to make the best ones and avoid unnecessary chain of mental manipulations. Furthermore talking about the financial statements and statistics for better understanding, he shows the results would have be polar opposite if one would have chosen to understand God’s Word. Making wise decisions and no scope for involuntary or compulsive spending, this book is a gem amongst others.

Accompanying the main book is a workbook that will assist you in perceiving the reality of financial stability through practical application of the biblical principles that were elaborated in the previous book. It contains straight to the point questions along with words of encouragement and understanding which cause us to reflect on what and how you can seek the ultimate relationship with our Savior.

As challenging as it sounds, you can achieve the goal of financial freedom by acquiring some of the deeply profound approaches by understanding the blessings and believe of God’s way. Highly recommended it to every reader.

The main book is also a accompanied by a workbook which I highly recommend because it will help you to understand the book and apply the content. With thought provoking questions and lucid interpretation, the readers can truly active the desire steady flow of income without losing their piece of mind. One of the many wonderful features of this book is each chapter brings forth a serene and detailed answer to the doubts and troubling questions that arises when the financial constraints becomes quite evident in our lives. Talking about God’s way will clear your mind to see the areas of inconsistencies that you can improve along with several other criteria that follows the topic of finance. Because if you want to understand the term financial stability that are many important things that come first which were thoroughly explored in both of these books.

Your Finances God’s Way Workbook: A Biblical Guide to Making the Best Use of Your Money by Scott Lapierre is the crucial companion of the book “Your Finances God’s Way”.

The religious scripture suggests - “Be doers of the word, and not hearers only,” The author to allocate this prime concept of the Bible provided us with the workbook of those guidelines so that we do not merely learn God’s Word simply for the sake of attaining knowledge. We learn it so that we can assign it and better serve the Lord benefiting ourselves in the long run and leading an easeful financial life. It’s just like taking notes to remember something vividly and also writing something down would be more effective than typing things. There are logical questions for each section of the book so you need to read the corresponding section in the book before you look at the workbook questions so that after answering those questions you create a permanent memory.

This book will motivate us not to be rich but to manage the god-gifted wealth well to serve the savior in a way. There are some logic-driven statements which will make you aware of why you need to read this book.

At last, I want to conclude this by saying that this is not a book to stop every storm coming your way but it would give you the strength to combat that storm( if any)more effectively. A suitable companion for the crucial theme.
